At OTS Taxi, we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that sometimes situations may arise that require a refund. Please read our refund policy below for more details on when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Cancellation by OTS Taxi:
If we are unable to provide the service you have booked due to reasons within our control, such as vehicle breakdowns or driver unavailability, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation by You:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: You will be entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the total fare.
- Within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be issued. Once your trip is within 3 hours of the scheduled departure, cancellations are non-refundable.
- No-show: If you miss your scheduled pickup and do not notify us, no refund will be provided.
Overcharging or Incorrect Billing:
If there is an error in the billing or an overcharge, please contact us within 7 days, and we will process a refund for the difference.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- If you provide incorrect or incomplete details for your booking, resulting in a failed service.
- If the driver arrives at the specified pickup location but cannot complete the journey due to reasons not related to OTS Taxi (e.g., no show, incorrect address, or refusal to board the vehicle).
- If you request changes to your booking after the trip has started, such as changes to the destination or extra stops.
- For any service that is used or partially used, including but not limited to trips that are canceled after the service has begun.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your booking reference number, details of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Special Circumstances
If you experience delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control, we will do our best to inform you in advance. However, these situations do not qualify for a refund.
