The driver was punctual polite and friendly. He drove us safely to the airport and dropped us off in plenty of time. Only criticism was that we had to help him with basic directions from our house to the motorway. Not a big deal but in an age of satnavs it’s not what we are used to. Always happy with OTS though. They managed our booking efficiently and professionally.
